Robert Trice joined Batson-Cook in 1996 as a project engineer in our special projects group, an effort focused on tenant build-outs, renovations, small additions, churches, and miscellaneous projects. Since then, he’s built senior living facilities, multi-family, religious related projects, office, specialty, municipal, master planned communities, and design-build projects. In 2023, Robert was promoted to the vice president and business unit leader role and will oversee the company’s wood frame/senior-living projects. Allen Westmoreland

As senior vice president of risk management at Batson-Cook, Allen Westmoreland plays a vital role at the company by identifying and minimizing uncertainties that challenge the construction industry. With more than 30 years’ experience, he brings extensive knowledge in construction risks, engineering, insurance and brokerage, and safety best practices. Allen leverages that background to manage the organization’s exposures through assessments of liabilities and enact precautionary steps to mitigate those that are unacceptable.

As the vice president human resources and corporate secretary of the Batson-Cook Company, Nancy plays a leading role by providing a full range of human resource services focused on growth and retention. As the first female executive on the leadership team, she understands the importance of inclusion and how it formulates a stronger organization. Her duties include overseeing employee benefits, providing development opportunities and training, recruiting talent, and encouraging open communications.

Nancy joined Batson-Cook as the director of human resources in 2007 and assumed the role of vice president in 2015.
